Singapore-based boutique property firm Halcyon Real Estate has been acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle, further expanding the consultancy’s presence in the local residential market.
Founded in 2009, Halcyon Real Estate specialises in residential project leasing in the country. Its founder Juliann Teo will head the team once they join the consultancy on June 17.
Chris Fossick, Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Singapore and South East Asia, said: “This investment will allow us to focus and capitalise on the emerging trend of an increasing number of developers/investors leasing out their residential apartments and a larger number of people wishing to rent apartments.”
