SingHaiyi to launch new residential project

Singapore-listed developer SingHaiyi Group plans to launch a freehold 17-storey residential project along Balestier Road on 1 May.

Called COSMOLOFT, the new tower comprises 52 loft apartments ranging from 452 to 527 sq ft and four penthouses from 980 to 1,173 sq ft. The units will have high ceilings of up to five metres with full-glass windows overlooking the city.

All the units will have open kitchens and bathrooms furnished with branded fittings.

“COSMOLOFT is specially conceived for home buyers who are looking for design-savvy homes in the city-fringe location of Balestier,” said Moe Chan, Chief of Project Development at SingHaiyi.

Additionally, it offers easy accessibility to Novena MRT station and major expressways and is close to the commercial hubs of Orchard Road, Suntec City/Marina Bay and Raffles Place.

The showsuite is located opposite Whampoa Market. Buyers at the launch on the first day will be given free maintenance fees for the first 12 months and discounts on the ABSD.

The project is expected to TOP in 2016.

Developer unveils new eco-friendly showflat

Property firm Santarli yesterday unveiled an eco-friendly and innovative showflat called the Portable Modular Showsuite on the site of its new Sant Ritz project in Upper Serangoon.

Inspired by portable weatherboard farmhouses that can be pre-constructed and transported, Santarli’s Managing Director Lai Kwong Meng led a team to create the concept using 3Rs – reuse, renew and recycle.

Built from modular components, it can be assembled and disassembled and could be hoisted by crane to another location. They are recyclable and renewable making the project more eco-friendly and cost-effective.

The showsuite comprises seven modules with the largest measuring 6m by 11.5m. They were planned in such a way to accommodate the entrance reception, various unit types and sales area while maintaining the lifting capacity.
