The tender for a residential site at Coronation Road has been awarded to Athens Residential Development after submitting the highest bid of S$366 million or S$9,775.46 per sq m, according to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
Launched for tender on 28 March, the 37,440.7sq m site received 12 bids when its tender closed on Thursday (20 June).
Offered on a 99-year lease term, the site could yield about 140 landed homes within the established landed housing estate at Bukit Timah.
