City Developments Limited (CDL) and its joint venture partner Hong Realty Private Limited have jointly unveiled their latest development, Haus@Serangoon Garden, over the weekend.
Located at Serangoon Gardens, the estate will house a total of 97 terraced houses, including 18 corner and 79 intermediate.
Prices start from S$2.4 million for a 1,615-square foot land intermediate unit, and S$2.8 million for a 2,284-square foot land corner unit.
At the weekend preview, 28 out of 40 units launched in Phase I were sold.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the developers said the profile of buyers comprised mainly professionals, with 75 per cent were aged 45 and above, while the rest were in their mid thirties to forties. About 40 per cent of the buyers already reside in the vicinity presently.
Haus@Serangoon Garden is the first landed housing estate in Singapore to win the Building and Construction Authority Green Mark Platinum award.
