Hock Lian Seng wins Kaki Bukit site for S$27.3m
Singapore-listed civil engineering group Hock Lian Seng Holdings has won the tender for an industrial site at Kaki Bukit Road 5 / Kaki Bukit Avenue 6 for S$27.3 million, according to Urban Redevelopment Authority data.
The company had submitted the highest bid of about S$140 per sq ft of gross plot ratio for the 30-year leasehold site.
The 140,708-sq-ft -site is zoned for “Business 2” development and has a maximum gross plot ratio of 1.4.
