Singapore’s Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for a residential and commercial site at Hillview Avenue to Tuas Technology Park Pte Ltd.
Tuas submitted the highest tender of S$289,777,000 (US$235.33 million) for the 14,294.3 sq m site, AsiaOne reported.
This translates to S$7,239.90 (US$5,879) psm/gfa for the 99-year leasehold site, which has a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 40,025 sq m.
The tender for the commercial and residential site was launched on February 28 this year and closed on April 28.
