YOU probably know flat buyers who said they shunned choices in Sengkang because of its distance from town and lack of lifestyle amenities.

No longer.

The town is now 60 per cent developed and residents have access to a bustling mall and sports facilities.

The best proof of Sengkang’s current worth must lie in the rising values of the flats.

Some apartments now fetch almost $100,000 more than the original price owners paid about 10 years ago.
