1919-The Black and White Residences at Mount Sophia is scheduled to be launched in early June by Aurum Land, the property development arm of Woh Hup Holdings. Inspired by the colonial black-and-white bungalows and shophouses, the development offers 75 units in a five-storey development with a central courtyard. Units will come designed with white marble floors, dark stained timber doors, a black-and-white mosaic feature wall in the bathrooms, and furnished with De Dietrich kitchen appliances and Hansgrohe bathroom accessories.
1919 offers a variety of units ranging from 560 sq ft one-bedroom plus study units to 1,302 sq ft three-bedroom ground floor units with large private enclosed spaces. Prices will start from $1,600 psf for the ground-floor units and $2,000 psf for other units. Located a short distance away from the Dhoby Ghaut MRT interchange station, it provides quick access to Orchard Road, Raffles Place and Marina Bay. It is also close to good schools such as SMU, SOTA and St Margaret’s Primary School. The launch preview starts from June 9.
