Payment Schedule

Deposit	1% of purchased price (cash)
Exercise Option	4% or 9% of purchased price (cash)	within 14 days from date of option
Stamp Duty	≏ 3% of purchased price & ABSD if applicable (cash)	within 28 days from date of option
Completion	10% or 15% of purchased price (cash/CPF) based on 80% loan	within 8 to 12 weeks from date of option
Legal Fee	≏ $3,000 for property below $2M ≏ $4,000 to $6,000 for property above $2M	upon completion
Agent Commission	1% to 2% of purchased price	upon completion
