The Singapore Land Authority‘s annual report showed that total land sale revenue for FY08/09 was $7.3 billion (US$5.2 billion), down from FY07/08’s $12.4 billion. But, this was still higher than FY07’s $6.2 billion, and revenue in previous years, the report said.
