Property developer Ho Bee Investment posted net earnings of $157.3 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009, up from $36.96 million in the same year-ago period. Revenue rose from $116.8 million in Q2 2008 to $740.8 million in Q2 this year.
Ho Bee’s first-half net profit jumped to $194.6 million from $63.1 million in the same period last year.
