It is important that you familarise yourself with the terms and conditions contained in the Sales Contract. Signing the contract indicates that you agree to the terms and conditions. - Description of Model (it should contain a description of the car you are buying). Important details include:

- engine capacity
- year of manufacture
- Colour (be sure that it indicates the colour you want)
- Accessories & Options (it should list all accessories and options included in the purchase price)
- Price (you should know what you are paying for! Confirm what are the items included). For example, check whether it includes items such as:
- Certificate of Entitlement (COE)
- Road Tax
- Insurance, if any
- Deposit Amount (i.e. what is the deposit payable upon signing?)
- Payment Terms (i.e. when are you expected to make subsequent payments, if any?)
- Delivery Period (i.e when is the car expected to be delivered to you?)
- Warranty/Service Packages (i.e what is the warranty period. Does the purchase price include any service packages?)
